How to eat a bit more healthy.

If, like me, you wanna try and be a bit healthier, see if any of these idea's help.

Choose low fat, ready made sauces.

Buy individually wrapped treats.

Stick to recommended portion sizes.

Have canned tuna, salmon and baked beans in the cupboard, for healthy snacks.

Have breakfast. Even if it's only a smoothie.

Cut down the coffee and drink fresh fruit juice instead.

Never deprive yourself of anything. Eat whatever you want. Don't get too hung up on losing weight, please.
