I feel a bit up and down recently. When i am around people, i am fine and upbeat. But once i am alone, i tend to cry for no reason.
Plus i am feeling anxious again. So instead of ignoring the feelings, i am gonna talk to my doctor, and see what he says.
It's unlikely if i go back for any CBT it will help, as i am now my own therapist, so i have all the tools i need to help myself.
Just gonna go to doctors for some advice. Nothing wrong with that.
