I do the standard 'Trouser's, jacket and white top/blouse' for my interview outfit, but i have been reading more and more about including some 'personality' into your outfit.
I wonder if that is a good idea, i mean we are somewhat 'programmed' what to wear for job interviews, you know the usual 'look smart, clean and look like everyone else', but i'm starting to think it IS a good idea to add some individuality to your clothing.
I mean, we are all different, and i feel at times, we lose ourselves in interviews, you know saying what they want to hear, instead of what we want to say, and i think that saying "this is me" in some way is a good idea.
I know the next interview i go to, i am gonna add a bit of 'me' to my outfit, and see how it goes.
