Is football really about the football anymore?.

I ask as a semi -fan of football. I know it's a multi- million pound sport, but has the money killed off any passion from the players?.

Can the footballer's really love a club so much if they transfer to another for million's of pound's transfer's?.

Is it right to sack the manager's when a club is in a losing 'dip', when the manager isn't the one on the field playing in the match?.

I know it's all about the money, but is it wrong to hope that love for the game is why the player's play every week?.

How to eat a bit more healthy.

If, like me, you wanna try and be a bit healthier, see if any of these idea's help.

Choose low fat, ready made sauces.

Buy individually wrapped treats.

Stick to recommended portion sizes.

Have canned tuna, salmon and baked beans in the cupboard, for healthy snacks.

Have breakfast. Even if it's only a smoothie.

Cut down the coffee and drink fresh fruit juice instead.

Never deprive yourself of anything. Eat whatever you want. Don't get too hung up on losing weight, please.

Finding it easier to use bathroom at home.

When the new neighbours moved in, i was really scared of using the toilet. I mean, what if they heard me?.

I would only go if i was desperate, and i would worry about going. I was a bit of a wreck.

I started using 'coping methods', and now, i am slowly dropping them one by one.

I don't know if the people next door can hear me. Maybe they can. I have to go to the toilet. I can't avoid it my entire life. It's natural and unavoidable. And nothing for me to worry about.

Brief Encounter.

I love this film. Made in the 1940's, it tell's the tale of Alec and Laura, a couple who embark on an affair.

I love this film, as it's more about Laura's feeling's of guilt and shame about her feelings, and her actions, as she reflects on events that have happened recently.

The film is told in flashback. And we see that the couple's affair wasn't glamourous or seedy. It was two people who spend time together innocently and fall in love.

They don't make film's like this anymore, sadly.

American Horror Story.

I have heard good thing's about this show, but i have never seen it. And i wonder if i ever will.

I fear it will turn into 'Twin Peaks' for me. A show i should like, but i can't understand.

The first season i could watch, probably, without being too confused, but the second season, Judging from spoilers i've read make me just go 'uh?'.

I think i will leave it to my boyfriend to be the AHS fan, and he can tell me how good it is without me having to watch. Perfect solution.

Why i vote Labour.

I come from a labour voting family. I have always been told that it's a 'Rich vs poor' world.

That's just one reason i vote labour. The other reason is the fact our local labour M.P does a lot of fighting to get things done in our area. We never see the Tory /Lib Dem M.P's around, just at election time.

For me, I don't vote for the party leader. I vote for my area. And who can GUARENTEE to make positive changes that benefit everyone.
