Chick flick's i like: (500) day's of Summer.

This is an anti-chickflick. It's a story of a man who is in love with a co-worker, Summer (as in the title), who isn't quite his girlfriend, but is a lot more than his friend.

As the dvd cover say's: this is NOT a love story, it's a story about love.

It's got a mostly male cast, which makes it different from the usual chick flick, and it's really funny (there's a funny dance scene after Thomas and Summer have sex for the first time).

It's not told in order (but it tell's you what 'day' of the relationship the scene is frrom), and you know in advance what happen's later on in the movie (if that makes sense).

I love the scene when Thomas is asking Summer "where they're going", as in their relationship, and she replies "I thought we were going to see a movie." lol.

It's a funny film. Don't let the 'Chick flick' angle put you off watching it.
