Based on a true story about a CIA agent, who's husband spoke out against the Iraq war, and in response, had her cover blown.
It's an interesting story, and that's why i watched the film, but i didn't find it engaging.
It was like an info-mercial against the Iraq war. I know why the troop's were sent there. The American (and other) government's thought Iraq had weapon's of mass destruction, and declared war. I really didn't need the first hour and a bit of the film telling me this fact.
I would have liked to have seen more of what happened to Valerie after her cover was blown, but maybe the writer's thought the debate of the war was better material, than a woman trying to re-build her life and marriage was.
